Our operations are anchored in the Permian Basin, one of the most productive and demanding energy regions in the world. This is where we built our commitment to challenge the status quo and deliver high-performance chemical solutions proven in the field. JD Kirchmeyer
CEO - Co-FounderJD brings more than 18 years of experience in oilfield chemicals and operations, covering the full lifecycle of engineering from drilling fluids to advanced completion chemistries. His career is defined by a focus on field performance, operational scalability, and strategic innovation — the same principles that drive Vendetta’s success today.
Before launching Vendetta Chemical Solutions, JD built DrillChem, LLC into a multi-plant operation supported by a highly skilled workforce. At Conquest, he expanded the chemical division as Product Service Line Manager. As a founding partner of Centurion Technologies, he helped establish a competitive niche in specialty chemicals.
At Vendetta, JD leads with technical precision and relentless execution. His leadership fosters agility, accountability, and forward-thinking design in fluid engineering and manufacturing. Known as a mentor and a culture-builder, he champions innovation, safety, and results that put the customer first. Under his direction, Vendetta continues to grow as a premier force in oilfield chemistry.
Andrew Schumacher
CFO - Co-FounderAndrew combines technical expertise, operational leadership, and strategic vision to guide Vendetta’s growth. With a B.Sc. in Petroleum Engineering and an Executive MBA in Energy, he brings both field-tested engineering knowledge and executive insight to every decision.
His career began in hands-on engineering and well-site leadership roles with EQT, Tug Hill Operating, Gulfport Energy, and Anadarko Petroleum. As Completions Superintendent at Energen Resources, he optimized operations across the Permian Basin and contributed to positioning the company for major consolidation.
Andrew’s experience extends into legal and strategic advisory work as co-founder of L. Schumacher Law, where he provided counsel on energy-related matters. At Vendetta, he drives strategic investment planning, oversees product development, and leads R&D efforts with a focus on measurable performance. His leadership helps position Vendetta as an agile, innovative, and resilient player in the oil and gas industry.
Greg Slemp
Director - Vendetta OutdoorsGreg is a United States Army veteran, former federal agent, and covert security operative with more than 25 years of experience in high-threat security, training, and operational leadership worldwide.
His background spans counterterrorism, surveillance, hostage rescue, anti-piracy, counter-sniper operations, high-risk tactics instruction, firearms training, and close protection. He has operated across major global theaters, participating directly in missions and evaluating their effectiveness in asymmetric environments.
Greg has led assignments in high-risk regions of the Middle East, Southwest Asia, and Central America, including conflict zones and areas affected by organized crime. He has provided protection and training to corporations, government agencies, NGOs, missionary organizations, and private clients.
Known for exceptional crisis management, Greg has coordinated evacuations, managed hostage incidents, conducted extractions, and recovered assets in complex environments. His decisive leadership, composure under pressure, and strategic thinking make him a trusted professional in high-threat operations.
